On 1 June 2024, the next wave of AML/CFT regulatory obligations came into play. All entities governed by the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing Terrorism Act 2009 (AML/CFT Act) must be ready to comply.

This is the first ever NZQA approved qualification specifically designed for AML/CFT Compliance Officers. It equips them with the competence, knowledge and skill to effectively build, review and monitor an AML/CFT framework within their business so AML/CFT obligations are met.
