Effective from 1 June 2025, all reporting entities must undertake AML/CFT customer specific risk ratings for new and existing clients. The reporting entity must keep a record of the customers risk
rating.
This change requires reporting entities to amend their AML/CFT Programme and Risk Assessment, retrain staff and introduce additional CDD processes.
